More than 30 years in IT now, I did my first ERP migration for the new Millennium that was knocking on the door back then 1999. From then it has been five larger ERP migration in total and many years working in larger and smaller SAP projects. Moving, establishing new office and establish digital workplaces more than three times and including moving datacentres.

 

My experience is wide and large from many years in challenging and difficult projects. IN many situations I have received the question what is your expertise from these years? It is not that I have a special technical expertise, my expertise is that I see the business process and the strategic targets for the company and can transfer this to digital services. Same in the success in project, my expertise is to see how we fulfil the business needs and keep this focus all through the project without taking sideways that delay. 

 

These years of business transformation and IT Organisation development have led me to my passion about business process optimization and Operation Excellence. It is more than just quality management, more than document some processes and standards on a paper. One of my former managers that was a great mentor to me told me once “-no change will come before you reach collective wisdom”. I did not realise back then, that this is what successful Digital Transformation and Operation Excellence is about. The changes will not come before the end-to-end process is implemented and all involved in operation understand, and adhere to the new process.
